Watch out...thrush and mud fever about!!!
It is that time of year again when horse owners start to think about the delights of horse ownership in winter and the problems it can bring. We have available and on sale now an excellent range of products designed to assist in fighting off common equine hoof and skin diseases such as thrush, white line disease and mud fever. I'm already using sole cleanse and field paste regularly as part of my horses holistic hoof and health care management to help prevent these winter nasties and any scratches are quickly cleaned and covered with honey heal. I have my Pioneer Herbal Hoof Soap and Mud Fever Balm ready and on hand too! A big thank you to Red Horse Products Ltd and Pioneer Personal Care Products for designing and producing such excellent solutions which are effective yet do not harm our beloved horses skin, body and hooves!

We have recently started helping out at Bank End Equine Rescue; a not-for-profit organisation based near Selby, North Yorkshire dedicated to; Promote education on the abuse of equines worldwideke on equines suffering from abuse, neglect or destined for needless slaughter
Take on equines suffering from abuse, neglect or destined for needless slaughter
Care for these rescued equines, bringing them back to good health and providing whatever rehabilitation is necessary
Re-home rescued equines either on a permanent or foster basis, where we can be absolutely certain that they will be provided with the care and consideration that they need
Encourage and assist in the organisation of the rescue of equines by other horse lovers who can offer a home to a horse or pony in need.
Please take some time to visit their site www.bankendequinerescue.com and make a donation. Every penny goes directly towards helping the horses, ponies and donkeys at Bank End. The recession is hitting hard organisations such as this and even a small donation can help improve the lives of these animals.
